Thomas Fross is the co-founder of Fross & Fross Wealth Management, a firm he launched with his twin brother, Robert, with a shared vision of delivering a truly world-class experience for families preparing for and living in retirement. For more than two decades, Thomas has helped hundreds of families navigate the financial complexities of retirement.
Thomas holds Series 6, 7, 63, and 65 securities registrations through LPL Financial, as well as life, health, and variable annuity licenses in the state of Florida. He is registered to serve clients in 44 states, and his experience and insights have made him a sought-after resource nationwide.
He has been a frequent keynote speaker at financial industry conferences and a regular contributor to prominent media outlets including The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Yahoo Finance, The Huffington Post, InvestmentNews, and The New York Times. Thomas has also appeared as a guest on major financial news programs including CNBC’s Closing Bell, FOX Business, and Bloomberg.
Before co-founding Fross & Fross Wealth Management, Thomas held an executive leadership role at a respected wealth management firm serving The Villages community. Earlier in his career, he was recognized as one of the top five agents nationally during his tenure at Bankers Life and Casualty Company and was nominated for the prestigious Top 40 Under 40 recognition.
Outside the office, Thomas has been deeply involved in philanthropic work throughout The Villages. He previously served as a board member and secretary of Cornerstone Hospice and was a founding member of The Villages Regional Hospital Auxiliary Foundation.
Today, under Thomas’s leadership, Fross & Fross Wealth Management serves families across the country and collectively services over $1 billion in brokerage and advisory assets through LPL Financial as of May 2026. Helping people make thoughtful financial decisions during one of life’s most important transitions—retirement—remains both his passion and his calling.
