Lisa brings many years of Client Relations experience to the Fross & Fross family. Since she joined us in 2016, her passion for service is evident daily. Lisa has over twenty years of experience with roles she held at the Alabama Institute for Deaf and Blind (AIDB), the premier institution serving individuals that are deaf and blind. During tenure, she moved from Public Relations Clerk, Media Specialist, Secretary of the Office of Advancement, to the Vice President’s Administrative Assistant and Secretary to the AIDB Foundation Board. Lisa gained much of her administrative experience and customer service skills working for Al Copeland Enterprises (Popeyes Famous Fried Chicken & Biscuits) in Jefferson, Louisiana.
Lisa was born in Mississippi, raised in Louisiana and moved to Alabama for 25 years where her and her husband, Rick, raised five children. After their youngest daughter Carlie graduated from college, they moved to The Villages in May, 2016. They have two granddaughters, Tybee-Ann (10) and Charlee Kate (8) and a grandson, Adam (6) in Alabama that love visiting The Villages where they can swim in all of the family pools.
Lisa’s interests include spending time with family, friends, and their dog, Abbie. She also enjoys golfing, swimming, bocce, shuffleboard and all of the activities available near her village, Rio Ranchero. She is also an active member in the State of Alabama Club, Crimson Tide Club (Roll Tide!) and the State of Louisiana Club.
